I think this was one of Chet's great ideas that went to hell in a hand basket. Moses Lake was a flop and so was this at Soap Lake. Granger in 2006? I don't think there will be waves there unless Earl FARTS.
Ah, fond memories of Soap Lake. And to think I was dumb enough to take two boats there!
Best thing that weekend was the no need for a row boat
